Maintenance
So yep, I’m doing maintenance and I’m actually finding it very easy. Gosh, once you’ve actually lost the weight you feel so amazing and now the idea of just keeping it off is actually much easier then I thought.
About Shane
Shane has been performing throughout Australia and oversees since he was ten, entertaining millions with a variety of roles including those in Kenny, Charlie & Boots and Guys ‘N’ Dolls.
He comes from big stock and is proud of that fact, but, like many blokes, his hectic work schedule involving constant travel means that he can’t always eat three nutritiously balanced meals each day. Over time his weight has crept up to a point where his GP has raised it as something to monitor.
He was given the choice of losing the excess weight or face the risk of some damage to his long term health. For him the choice was simple, lose some weight and live a longer and healthier life.
Keen to show other blokes like him how important it is to keep their weight in check as they get older, Shane will be sharing his journey from start to finish, and hopes to pick up some mates in every state along the way!

Make small, realistic changes to your habits each week. This way, they will be easier to maintain long-term and you won’t fell like you’re missing out. Remember – it’s progress not perfection.
If you’re hungry in your first week be sure to load up on your free foods including all of your starchy vegetables and fruits such as berries and melon.
