Happy Easter!!
I'm maintaining my goal and I feel good. It was my birthday last week and I turned 47 years old. I had a big weekend of feasting, lots of people to catch up with and it just seemed that every single time it was a breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! Everything was around food so it was a struggle. ..
Maintaining my weight
Maintaining your weight is a very different mindset to actually losing weight. I'm actually finding that I'm maintaining my weight without thinking too much these days, which is a very different situation in itself...
My thoughts after goal
It feels odd not losing weight anymore. It's been such a big part of the last six months for me. The weekly weigh in and the slow journey towards my destination... Since I've actually reached my goal it's strange, I've really had to change my aspirations and I'm thinking "what do I do now, what is it I'm looking forward to."
Goal!
Well I've done it, I've lost 15kg since starting the Jen4Men program in September last year. I'm just feeling fantastic and am so proud of myself...
Week 16
I think the big surprise is for people that haven't seen me for a while. My wife and kids have been with me all the way so they're kind of getting used to my slimmer me now. It's funny how they just accept that this is the new me...

Normally I'm a lost cause after Christmas, but this year I'm starting the New Year feeling really positive and focusing on some different things...

I feel like I've got back to normality this week. I've got rid of all my guests finally and when I returned from Sydney to Melbourne to my bachelor pad, I shut the door and breathed this huge sigh of relief that I was gonna be on my own for a few days and as such in control of my own destiny...
